Is it possible for anyone to purchase one of these devices for 3rd. workd countries like Liberia that is just recovering from a 14 years war? How much will it cost a village community to purchase one of your products?

I am a Liberian who have been living in exhile for the past 20 years, but wish to return home soon, God willing. As a native living about 316 miles away from the capital, Monrovia, I intend to return to my people and work with them to rebuilt our lives by building new modern communities with elecricity, clean drinking water and other facilities we have not had and enjoy for decades.
